When two top wine makers in Bordeaux visited the Domaine de la Zouina, they saw the huge potential of the terroir.
Gérard Gribelin (Château de Fieuzal) and Philippe Gervoson ( Château Larrivet Haut-Brion) emigrated from Bordeaux to Morocco bringing with them their wine making "savoir faire"
To maximise the efficiency of the vines the work in the vineyard is meticulous.
Quality is further enhanced by voluntary small yields and a green harvest at the beginning of summer
A blend of Mourvèdre and Temprallino , the Volubilia Gris has the translucent delicacy of a rosé de Provence. It is elegant with good minerality and expression of red fruits.
