Product Description
Originally bequeathed to the Bishop of Carcassonne the estate is now run by the Bonfils family who were granted a lifelong lease by the bishop. In their vineyards they have planted a mixture of Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache and old vine Carignan. The Minervois rouge is a blend of all of this grape varieties. Ripe and warm black and red fruits on palate, juicy with a little crunch. Good glugging wine.
