Product Description
The grapes are all hand picked at harvest and sorted by hand prior to vinification. Only natural methods are used in the vineyards and the wine maker Jacky Coll was described by Peter Mayle as an " architect of wine." The wines from this property are found in all the best restaurants in the Luberon and across France. The wines are made from grapes traditionally found in the region, namely Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.
