Product Description
A wine made from fruit from Menetou specialist Pellé's own estate as well as purchased grapes from their neighbours. A typical example of Loire Sauvignon Blanc without having to fork out for inflated Sancerre or Pouilly-Fumé prices. The nose shows capsicum and celery hints as well as chalk and the tell tale gooseberry aroma. The palate has flavours of green apples, lime and grapefruit with more minerality and mouthwatering acidity to finish.
