The partners - Paul Cluver, Villiersdorp Cellars, Luddite and Beaumont share expertise, grapes and the winemaking of Slowine.A very clever piece of winemaking from Paul Cluver, ripe honied green apple and pear Chenin is enlivend by more than a dash of grassy gooseberry and mineral laced Sauvignon. Rounded and harmonious this wine is an hommage to the Slowfood movement.
