Product Description
Brut Rosé is made from a blend of Champagne’s three grape varieties: 45% Pinot Meunier,
45% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay to which we add 15% AOC Champagne red wine.
With a "liqueur de dosage"at about 8g/L, this is a dry champagne.
The colour is a delicate salmon pink, bright and vibrant.
The aromas begin with fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries), which then give way
to hints of citrus fruit (pink grapefruit and orange peel) and spicy notes.
Fresh and bright on the palate. The sparkling wine reveals its bold structure, at once
strong and tender, hinting at the noble, balanced composition from which it is made.
Drink with Thai or Indian cuisine.
It’s an invitation to delights.
